General Academic Rules

  1. Every trainee should have a copy of the Diary without which he will not be admitted to the class. Parents/Guardian is informed that reports from the instructors are conveniently sent through these pages.
  2. Every trainee should wear the prescribed uniform at the training centre. The dress code of the students should be modest, neat and dignified. Any type of casual wear is not allowed.
  3. Every trainee must be punctual for the class. Late comers can enter their class room only with the permission of the instructor in charge.
  4. Late arrivals permissible are two per month, with a maximum of fifteen minutes, during the morning session only.
  5. Those who come later or are absent must bring the late attendance/leave letter signed by their parent or guardian and countersigned by the principal.
  6. Any trainee who is absent from or is late for class without permission will be considered absent without leave for half a day and will lose attendance. Leave or absence should be pre-arranged and leave letters must be endorsed by the parent or guardian.
  7. A trainee who absents himself for three or more days without leave of absence will have his name struck off from the rolls.
  8. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers and members of the staff, bad moral influence, unsatisfactory conduct in or out of the institute, justify dismissal of trainee without any notice.
  9. Trainee/s shall provide themselves with textbooks, notebooks etc., as prescribed by the instructors.
  10. The training Centre cannot be held liable for personal injury top a trainee or for any damage to or loss of articles like book, money, instrument, tools, clothes etc. The trainee must take care of their own belongings.
  11. Trainees are not allowed to meet parents or visitors or to leave the training Centre premises during training hours without the permission of the Principal.
  12. Parents are requested not to contact instructors of the Training Centre during class hours without prior permission from the Principal. Parents who seek any information should approach the Principal.
  13. Parents are expected to co-operate in the work of the training Centre by ensuring regularity, punctuality, discipline and by taking an active interest in their wards progress. They should check the hand book regularly.
  14. Trainees are expected to keep their class rooms, workshops and other rooms clean and in order. It is forbidden to write or scribe on the walls or on furniture, to throw paper around or spill ink in the class room or damage the Training centre property. Damages done must be paid for at the discrections of the principal.
  15.  The trainee shall be liable for the damages or loss caused to the training centre.
  16.  No books, newspapers or periodicals other than school books may be brought to classes
  17. As per Government order mobile phones are strictly forbidden in the training class room campus. Cameras and other electronic gadgets are banned in the Campus.
  18. Trainees are not allowed to undertake any work other than what is given to them by their instructors.
  19. Trainees are strictly forbidden from taking part in strikes, political or other organizations likely to result in violence or cause communal disturbance. Those who take part in such activities will be dismissed without any notice. Trainees are prohibited from organizing or attending unauthorized meetings in the institute, distribute notice or collect money or contributions for any purpose without the permission of the principal.
  20. Monthly test will be conducted during the first week of every month, or on convenient days intimated by the concerned instructors. Trainees absent during any monthly test, for any reason whatsoever, must meet the Principal with their parents before they enter their class the next day.
  21. Only those who have secured 80% and above of the total attendance are eligible to appear for the All India Trade Test
  22. All documents once submitted, will not be returned until the course is over and dues are cleared.
  23. It is the responsibility of the student ot treat college property with care and to keep the building and the campus neat and clean.
  24. Use of chewing gum, Hans or similar items is strictly forbidden on the campus.
  25. Students are not allowed to organize any picnic, tours or outings without the written permission from the Principal.
  26. Two wheelers of the students should be parked in the place allotted for it. Any disturbance created with the two wheelers will be considered as a offence. Management will not in any way be responsible for the safety of the vehicles parked on or outside the campus.
  27. Every student is expected to wear the identity card with her/his photograph attested by the Principal while on the campus.
  28. If any student fails to pay the fees by the due date he shall be liable to pay a fine fixed by the institution.
